Hey guys, didja miss me? Well, I'm finally out of Navy boot camp and I decided to record a quick webcam video to tell you guys that I'm still alive & well and that more videos and blog posts are on the way. Stay tuned!

As always, suggestions for new videos are welcome. Since I don't know much about the Chicago area, what places would you guys like to see? Also, would you be interested in me covering what happened at boot camp and what I'm doing now?

Hey man, important question. What kind of medical processing did recruits have to go through when you first got to RTC??

@AndySan one of them is penicillin, right? both of my parents are allergic to it, but im not sure if i am. should i just let them know before they administer the shot? thats the part of bootcamp im concerned about

@TheSerenityhuck - Yeah DEFINITELY mention that!! They'll just have you take pills as an alternative for penicillin.

I'm probably gonna head south or west for a job. plus with being a male in the early childhood field, I'm technically in high demand by schools

On that note, I hope you're looking for a job now unless you plan on going to grad school. Even kids with college degrees are having a tough time finding a job. Be careful out there!

@maliceellie - Sweet action!

Here's something I've noticed: it's very unlikely that you'll bump into another STG while in boot camp, but when you start ATT, you'll have some in your class.

Judging from the messages and comments that I've been getting thus far, it's very VERY likely that I'll be doing a video or two on boot camp. Stay tuned for that!
