Must depend on the comp. I was told it was good. Everyone used this at my old gym.

This move HURTS like a BITCH!! Be careful w/ it. My instructor caught me in one lasat year and my arm was hurt'n for 2 weeks. I won't ever do it while roll'n in class cuz It's painful and sorta cheap to pull off while roll'n w/ a bunch of people. Unless someone does some douchebag move on me, I won't do it.. lol
