  • @sniffy45 wait lol your point is that you change what your point is everytime i prove your first point wrong lol quit trolling ...especially about things that u obviously know nothing about, like our branches of government, the NSA(or any intell agency) or laws & constitutions of this country! no to really finalize my LAST PIOINT YOU ATE BLOCKED & I AM DONE WITH U!

  • @arkangel8419 exactly my point ;-)

  • @sniffy45 YOU ARE NOT MAKING ANY SENSE, your changing your point every time i prove your first point wrong! i am done with you...........

  • @arkangel8419 I think you are making my point which is at a local level this cant and likely wont be used against a person for a common crime like drug dealing, murder, domestic violence and so on however if you were to divulge info in an email or phone call that had national reprercussions one could expect this type of thing as well as be shipped somewhere to be interrogated and convicted in a military tribunal not a civil court. Im pretty sure we have many examples already.

  • @sniffy45 at least all of what we see, now does this lead to an easy invasion of privacy with little oversight? YES. but that is not sumthing we can prove & the law will not indite on suspision! the facts show that while laws may be bent in this process the NSA/Homeland/CIA/FBI/ect/ect, get everything that can be thrown back at them in a court of law signed off first by thier own lawyers & then a federal judge(which has nothing to do with the military branch)

  • Do you even understand what our branches of government are? or how many we have? A federal grand jury has absolutly nothing to do with the military.I said in my first statement that I HAVE RESEARCHED THIS TOPIC TO THE EXTREME! while i dont nesesaraly agree with all of it. what i have found was that the highest lvls of our gov. have gotten the green light from their own lawyers along with federal judges who have to sign off on everything. the point is that all of this falls within the law

  • @arkangel8419 - this isnt military? ok, well not armed forces but it is at the federal level is what I meant. Its still agaist our constitutional right and breach of the forth. The entire fassad is bullshit, all in the name or terror. Smoke and mirrors.

  • @sniffy45 this isnt military, the judges they go in front of for the go ahead are civilian judges(at all hours of ther night&day for aproval), & while I am not nievee enough to believe that no illegal wiretaps are not going on the fact is, the facts show that nothing illegal has been done & the judges that are considering taking this to court are all civilian the military has no authority to take this case to a tribunal(that would be more illegal then the shady deals the NSA is doing no)

  • And to the NSA rep reading this post, your mother is a one legged tranny

  • @arkangel8419 problem is there wont be a juducial judge it will be a military tribunal. They would never try to use something like this on a domestic citizen unless it was over the top spy shit. "If the y were to tell anyone they used it at all".. Do you really think they actually obtain a court order for everyone they listen in on? All communications filter through one company who is wholly owned by the Israelies, thats how they get it.
