She is Finnish. She's from Finland. What's the big deal? Whether you are a Swedish speaking Finn, or a Finnish speaking Finn, still makes you officially Finnish. She is a great actress, and she lives in LA, hence why her English is fluent. She is amazing at accents. Why all this crap about her nationality?
