You want to talk about a chest burning exercise the dive bombers will take you to a different pain realm. I mean after implementing this exercise in my mma armor program I have seen a lot of people fail. Its one of my fav's because no matter how you try to slice the cake you cant cheat the system. It hurts when you cheat and it hurts when you execute it properly...I love it!! If you want to really push yourself use a weighted chest harness or resistance band across your back for more resistance.
