Here's another workout from my trip to see Arnel in Mexico. This is a sample from the 600 calorie version.
If you want a kick butt workout that doesn't take a lot of time, this is for you. You'll also work your whole body through every range of motion. Not only will you look better, but you'll move better and feel better.
This is all ramping up towards the 1000 Calorie Challenge. We'll be back with the BIG workout in a couple days.
Adam does TONS of bodyweight. But he ain't weighed down by any dogma and uses whatever works best for the goal at hand... :)
