The following documentary was produced to document the Google PhoneSAT project flown by Mavericks Civilian Space Foundation researchers as part of its STEM Education & Clotho Research Project Beagle IV test flight operations in Black Rock Nevada, July 22-25, 2010.

  • @blogbat Actually; Communism in theory would work. There has never actually been pure communism. There has been Nazism and Marxism and all other types of "---ism"s, but never actually communism. So no, he doesn't endorse the genocide of over 100 million people, and it's not at all like wearing a Swastika. Wearing a Swastika would be like wearing a Swastika.

  • How were the payloads in the rockets protected? couldn't the phone have gone in a polyethylene foam insert to prevent destruction when it hit the ground? I'm not sure how hot the inside portions where the phone are contained gets, but id suggest creating an foam insert for sensitive components like the crumpled mess and the cell phone from the video
