Will only work if the link isn't covering player. The link should stay out and cover the player making the split, hit the outside shoulder and pull the shortside. a good move though if the other team isn't defending properly.

That move should not work. A good link will stay on the previous runner who slipped back into short side link. Let the dummy half run and have the left middle defender chase them. Force an error

Thinking defensively I thought this was predictable. She would play left. And I would have defended left. it's effective, because it would certainly have past my niave defense.
