  • I admire your aggressive shuffling-step and blistering hands.

    Thanks for posting *bows*

  • the guy in the sweater needs to relax A LOT, hes so tense he looks like he has no neck

  • @heratioalundi kung fu is based on being fluid and adapting yourself to the situations, so if someone who knows kung fu atacks you with beng quan u can close distances with the atacker but possibly he will allways adapt his style to your intentions and reverse ur defensive or atacking moves...

This beng quan is from a internal kung fu style so u will allways be neutralized, cause it's xing yi's specialty as an internal style...

stay cool and leran real kung fu it's the real deal

  • There are similarities to the wing chun machine punch but I think the Hsing yi way relies more on sensitivity. The punches do not just rotate like a machine. From the looks of things, the punches creates opening from the opponent's defenses against it and comes at different angles and speed.

  • What if Steve hugs the sifu when he attacks? would that be a good defense?

  • lol the cameraman is funny.

    great demonstration of Hsing-Yi!

Respects from a Tai Chi Praying Mantis practitioner!

  • Love you guys.Been a long time since I been in New York brothers.

Solid words.Basically the man is saying relax and be loose be able to shift your wieght anyway. What he calls chicken leg I call a form of gathering step or no stance which makes it easy to shift wieght anyway

  • Rather than it being the other way around, it is Wing Chun that borrowed from Xing Yi.

  • Alright, this is cool. I like the foot work, it gave me something to think about and apply in my own training.

  • Really nice man. Clear explanations. Thanks.
