  • Rebecca Caine nailed the role of Christine like no other actress I have ever seen live. I was fortunate to see her in Toronto in both Phantom and with the Canadian Opera Company's Lulu where she totally blew me away. Her Christine was one that would easily de-thrown and unseat Carlotta, with many others I have seen, you have to suspend belief a bit, with Caine, it was 2 fully voiced divas commanding the stage. She was phenomenal.

  • I LOVE COLM!!!!

  • Colm Wilkinson and Rebecca Caine blew Michael Caine and Sarah Brightman right out of the water. No competition at all in my books. Colm and Rebecca are still the best for playing the roles of Phantom and Christine. I've seen the show many times with different leads and none of them even compare. The last time I saw the show the guy who played the Phantom SUCKED! He was an over actor...BIG TIME!

  • Rebbeca Caine is without a doubt the best Christine ever! At least 100 times better then Sarah.

  • Neve was an understudy for the role of Meg Giry throughout it's run. I saw her play Meg once. She was only about 16 when she started here in Toronto (1989). I used to work there, so watching this vid brings back so many memories.

  • My 2nd cousin played Monsieur Andre for five years, we used to go with my Grandmother and watch the play a lot, they are all so talented!!!!

  • i love her think of me

  • a young Neve Campbell at 0:50 seconds

  • CONT: And I love Harold Prince's comment:

"It's perfection, we can't do better than perfection."

The man knows what he's talking about.
