My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic was nothing but the delusions of a young woman with multiple personality disorder, where she was Twilight Sparkle and not in an institution. 'Tara' believes she has finally conquered her fantasies, but then Pinkie Pie tries to bring back her good friend Twilight.

So yeah, this is meant to be in the vein of The Batman Complex and An Arbuckle Christmas/Thanksgiving. But that's appropriate for Nightmare Night, isn't it? So thanks to themanbatman and mxisaac.
