Baton is definitly a sport that I love. Although I can't compete in competitions like these people do. I take mine through dance and perform on a stage rather than a gym floor. Which means I can't throw the baton high without hitting lights or a ceiling. Most moves are limited to smaller throws and actions. But twirling is my favorite thing. Although I probably won't be able to next year, I making this year the best it can be!

this is an awsome video, this does make me proud to be a baton twirler because many people take it as simple and uncompetive, baton is definatly harder than it looks
