to lubnaa: yes in the Boston (usa) area it can be a $1000 per tooth. What I do not understand is this....to prep a large side tooth for a root canal crown is a ton of work for a dentist and the cost to the patient is about $1000. There can't possibly be the same prep time and complications and materials on doing a thin veneer on a front tooth yet they charge the same price
Dentist visits r expensive. But I f i ever get a chance I want 2 get some of these LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. lol. AND WHATEVER ELSE I MIGHT NEED. Enough already.
Thanks Michelle, I was wondering how much they cost for a long while thinking about getting some in the near future. Thanks alot for all the information.
Veneer cost is only somewhat important. The looks after it is done in your mouth is most important. Everyone sees the unnatural veneer. This veneer is usually the least expensive. The beautiful natural looking veneer is not seen and only admired as part of a nice smile. Paying more for the expertise and artistry of the cosmetic dentist is vital. Look for the work done by this dentist in his/her patients and then compare the fee for the veneer you want to put in your mouth.
omg where do you live excatcly i really want veneers but dont want to pay that much and who wouldnt want to go to south america i love speaking spanish!
to jbfctlucky12: you may already know this but my suggestion would be.....before you go throught the time and cost of veneers try getting your teeth laser whitened first. They use a strong peroxide gel and a blue laser light on your teeth. Cost is anywhere from 500 to 1000 for the whole job....front teeth top and bottom. You may even have to have it done twice to get the best results and could save you about $10,000
