I have a question, to power that car, doesn't that cost lot of electricity where people have to burn more coal and pay more electric bill, not every state makes electricity with solar panels or wind turbine.

In @ 2003 GE bought out Unisolar, the best solar panel company in the "thin film silicone" type of long-lasting solar panels (modules they're called in the industry) manufacturing realm. On my company's website, I happily showed a picture of the new GE president, walking through a Unisolar plant here in the USA, panels stacked on all sides, alongside a broadly smiling President George Walker Bush.

Bush has said, "The U.S. is addicted to oil."
