@seka1986 Many people think that a banana is ripe when it is completely (or even when it is still partially green). Nope, these are still unripe. You want your banana to be completely yellow with brown spots on it. How many spots will depend upon the type/brand of banana, but these I bought from Costco are perfect at the stage you see in these video and just before it (a little less spots). :)

Fantastic video! btw my cousin found this fantastic natural diet named: Impact 790 Diet and got rid of 14 pounds within just a month. I don't remember the exact website just Google it.

Can you give some tips on salad dressing I'm almost 100 percent raw but I can't seem to shake the processed salad dressing, Amy's wasabi seaweed snacks, and pistachios.

@Spies152 It all depends upon how much energy your expend, which depends upon several factors (e.g. height, activity level, etc.). I'm only 5'4.5" tall and I don't run marathons, workout hours per day, or have a labor-intensive job. 3000 calories is simply way too much for me.

@FitOnRaw your 1800-2000 does seems more easy. On 30BAD they recomend much higher that that..They will say you are undercarbed LOL.

@Spies152 It may look like a lot of food given the low-volume cooked foods most people consume, but it is actually the right amount of food. I average 1800-2000 per day.

@FitOnRaw How many calories you eat a day? 811 is a lot of food LOL Do you know Tim Van Orden? He eats a lot less then the normai 811 and he thrives very well

@raaaaaarr Well thank you very much! :)

hey! I have to say, I usually expect an aggressive, defensive, insulting attitude from 80 10 10ers, (maybe that's my fault for stereotyping according to diet but based on observation), but you are a very sweet and open individual! I really appreciate it.

what dose a garilla eat ????
Very interesting, thank you for the video. I can sustain myself on 80% fruits but have been told that it is not good for people to eat that much fruit (and can eat 8 bananas in a seating). I am genuinely confused. Can you address the issue of sugar in fruits?

@Macedon51 Have you ever asked them why it isn't good to eat "that much" fruit? They probably think that fruit will lead to hyperglycemia (it won't) or that fruit causes candidiasis (it doesn't) or that the sugar will cause cancer (it most certainly will not). All of these conditions have been linked to the presence of excess dietary fat (among other things), not fruit.
