Syzygy Productions InSight Episode 15 part 02

Welcome to part 2 of Syzygy Productions' special A Christmas Carol Train Tour edition of InSight. We are at the promotional Train Tour of Disney's A Christmas Carol starring Jim Carrey, directed by Robert Zemeckis.
ABC's Defying Gravity seems to be defying rumors that it has been canceled. The show's publicist Nicole Marostica issued a statement saying that ABC has not given up on the show. CTV in Canada will be airing the last 3 episodes made.

The Devil playing Ray Wise from Reaper will be joining the cast of Dollhouse. Dollhouse will be returning for its second season Fridays at 9pm on Fox.

Five actresses and a cameraman from the new CW show Vampire Diaries were arrested for flashing drivers and dangling off of a Georgia overpass. They were charged with disorderly conduct and released on bond.

At the D23 Expo some sad news was announced that the Star Tours attraction at both Disneyland and Disney's Hollywood Studios in Disneyworld will be closing in October 2010. The attraction is going to be revamped and updated by Disney Imagineers and the guidance and direction of George Lucas.

There was also news of another DisneyWorld expansion project that will make Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom twice its size. A new ride based on The Little Mermaid will be added as well.

There is magic taking place at the Theme Park down the road from Disney in Orlando owned by that other studio, Universal. Details for the new land at Universal's Islands of Adventure, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter have been revealed. Working directly with J.K. Rowling and some of the designers from the Harry Potter Movies, this attraction area promises to place guests directly into the Magical World. Visitors will enter the Archway at Hogsmeade Station where billowing steam and a train whistle signal the arrival of the Hogwarts Express. Across the way is Zonkos, a jokeshop complete with Extendable Ears, Boxing Telescopes and Sneakoscopes.

The return of Fringe, Heroes, Dollhouse, Supernatural, Smallville, The Big Bang Theory and Medium starts this week and next.
Also the premieres of Flash Forward, The Forgotten, Eastwick, and new episodes of The Vampire Diaries start this week so check your local listings for times and channels and set your TIVOs and DVRs.
