It was one of the few unguarded moments of Heath's. I'd interviewed him before many times, but this -- I think -- was the best. For me, anyway, because I loved the movie so much. (And yes, I really did mean "interesting" in a good way. FYI, I saw Dr. Parnassus and loved it. My review is at horrordotcom if anyone wants to read it.

That is so weird. I acted in a play last year for my school and a girl gave a close pin. I kept it for the show and we had a great night, so I decided it was my good luck charm.

No worries. Thank you. I honestly do enjoy my job, and talking with these folks. I am a cinephile, so being able to talk with filmmakers isn't something I take lightly -- although I do try and keep an enthusiastic, hopefully humorous approach where appropriate.

CONT'D... True, he didn't like doing interviews, but that's part of the business. On the reverse, there are lots of people I don't like to interview, but I have to because it's my job. It's probably very easy for you to make snap judgements, but you weren't there. I was. On another note, I highly recommend I'm Not There: one of the best movies, ever. It's in my top 10.
