haha sport kung fu is funny Wushu (or communist kung fu) looks probably the most beautiful however it lacks realism. I dont think CLF is ugly wing chun now thats freaking ugly and looks boring but its definitely not a sport either! hahaha

i used to be underwhite dragon too. Sifu Feirrera was my instructor of elcajon. but i wouldn't excatcly say white dragon or plum blossem rocks the lau bun lineage exactly, outside just a couple of sets that DFW took with him from the school. white dragon promotes Chan Family Hung Sing (great sage hung) Choy Li Fut. The Lau Bun lineage is pure Fut San Hung (glorious victory) Sing CLF

Im a student under Tsai Sifu Nathan Fisher of White Dragon schools in San Diego,CA under the Plum Blossom Federation umbrella. My instructor is not Tsai Sifu directly. My instructor is down the chain a bit. GM Doc Fai Wong -> Nathan Fisher -> Sifu Estrada ->my instructor.
Very impressive looks like theres alotta circular whip power like strikes and perrys that are executed by the waste turns combined with sinking energy. Its really low too which I like as well. Low keeps the practicioner solidly secure and rooted. I see why Lau Bun Emphasized the horse now. The average muppet would look at this as well as other styles and think its worthless in a real fight but if you observe the finer details to it you can see that this is some serious kung fu no joke!!

In our lineage, we have always been taught to pay attention to our horse. We've always said our system is ugly, but its effective. for us...gung fu for sport? really? no man, we use this to save our lives on the streets . thanks bro for the comments
