Doctor Who Theme 2 - "Full" Version (1963-1967)

Continuing my upload of all the official Doctor Who themes, is the remixed version not used in the show. Although it was produced at around the same time as the previous version, this one is actually very different, and although the other theme is considered the "definitive" Doctor Who theme tune this was the one that most other mixes (including the most recent Murray Gold theme) have been based on. Well they couldn't continue with Tennant forever, if they did so DW would finish like just another boring sci-fi series. It's good they sometimes remake it totally.

@fisk0 The Timelords(aka KLF) Doctorin the Tardis was summer number 1 hit in 1988, if you take a look at the list british number 1 singles check it out you find it on line

@TrentSki80 it's been done. Numerous times. Orbital probably did the most known version back in the late 90's (named "Doctor ?"). The KLF/Timelords also did a more 80's synthpop style version in 1987, named "Doctorin' the Tardis".

i actually was thinking this last saturday, throughout the show's break I just watched classic series and when i watched The Impossible Astronaut, it didn't feel the same as it once was

@Internationale7 Very true, but i`m afraid i dont care much for "Revelation" The big finish dramas are great, although I`m not to sure i like Frobisher........

thi was used for the opening and closing credits of the series from 2007-2010. AWSOME!!!!
