  • We have a one-step very similar to one that you taught the young lady in the vid. In ours after the block it's a right punch to the face, followed by a left punch to the solar plexus, and finishing up with a right ridgehand to the side of the neck.

  • @barrettokarate where do you study, and under whom?

  • @ricktsdmdk I don’t study American Tang Soo Do under anyone anymore. Since 2006, when my original instructor retired (hip problems), I’ve been on my own, teaching once in a while at different places, and training with a small group of other black belts, who don’t have schools either. Basically just a sparring club, occasionally we will do forms, one-steps, self-defense tech., etc. As for my original instructor, he's a Chuck Norris black belt from Norris' old NTC organization back in the 1970’s.

  • @barrettokarate I see! Well, keep studying, doesn't matter the style or organization, it is always important to learn. If I can be of any help at all, emaill me! And good luck!

  • @HordeFTW111 And another great comment. What does that even mean? Fake racist? Do you even know? Are you able to make a point? Please try. It's fun to watch.

  • @ricktsdmdk yeah you gotta watch out for those fake racists out there.

  • @HordeFTW111 what does that mean? First, this isn't Tae Kwon Do (thank God, since 99% of it is awful). Second, only a real racist assumes that Koreans are the only experts.

  • @pdbarrow1 Thanks so much!

  • Simple, classic, easy to use, easy to follow & will really work in a crisis situation. Thanks.

  • i only learn tkd from koreans

  • Awesome! Let me know if I can be of any help at all!
