You should back up the personal files on your computer to keep them safe, in case anything bad happens to your computer, by copying those files to a CD or DVD. This video shows you how easy it is to select files for backup in Windows Vista and burn them to a CD or DVD.

  • @mamaluigitoyou just get like a external hard drive and place em all there and when ever you need it just hook it up and you can back up your files on the cd

  • @tronulu What's the problem, just buy 113 dual layer DVD. Buy Verbatim, I think they're 2 dollars per disk, but it's truly the best DVD R out there, from what I read. They use the best materials.

  • can i get help? if i have songs i bought on itune or downloaded song and i back it up. when my pc crashes and i reload all my documents back in from my portable hd. will the songs be able to play on its own without hving the ext hd in? i loaded my songs from my usb back in after it crshed and all my song says that it can find the original song or something. so it wont paly. help, thanks
