  • @uglycorny9 Sorry to hear that. These exercises will not help every kind of arm/shoulder pain or problem. The shoulder is probably the most complex joint in the body. Beyond simple aches and pains, you're best bet is to see your doctor and get a referral to an orthopedic specialist. From there you go to a physiotherapist. You could shortcut this and try the physiotherapist first if you know of a good one. These exercises plus a few others helped me out. I'm pretty much back to normal.

  • Thank you so much, I play tennis and whenever I go to make an overhead shot my upper right arm like cracks (I've heard it. Doesn't sound lovely, and it hurts like heck,). I've had this for a long time (A few years). Hope this could help a bit, thank you so much!
