In this major gaffe, Rick Perry cannot name more than two Cabinet-level departments of the United States federal government. He wants to get rid of the Commerce, Education, and Energy departments but for the life of him can't seem to remember the name... of the Department of Energy.
There are currently 15 Cabinet-level departments.

I had a college professor that stated that memory was a key factor in decision making but was NOT a sign of intelligence. Einstein never rememberd his address or telephone number and had a tag sawn in his hat and pants in case he got lost. But i REALLY doubt this guy is gonna come up with E=MC2.
