  • @fischerbal Thanks man, sorry the confusion i mean to always eat breakfast never to wake up on a empty stomach and workout. You will have a more intense workout because you will have more energy and a more intense workout burns more calories in the end of the day.

    I'm a mesomorph in body-type weighing about 182lbs, height: 5'8", age 21. I used to weigh 145lbs a year ago but now I store fat way more easily. I follow your high-intensity workouts and everyday do each 4min exercise once.

    BUT I don't seem to lose any weight!!

    I'd really appreciate your advice on DIET: I've no idea what kind of foods I should be eating/avoiding. If you could tell me what I'm doing wrong, or just a loosely sketched diet plan, I would be so grateful.
