@muskawo usually what you'll have to do is buy a windows computer, do that and it'll work

this video sucks for 1 reason, you never show the unit or what it looks like!!!!!,why not ?that is the most interesting part,i used to have a 32 mbit snes backup unit/copier from bung enterprises ,think it was the doctor v 3 or something but ilet someone use it and never got it back=(

Is the disk drive actually part of the Wildcard unit or does it connect via a cable. I take it it just works with standard IBM format 1.44 MB diskettes, right? I believe there are similar devices for the N64 that use Zip Disks.

man, i love that disk loading sound.... ah.... happy days...

Hi, I have the 32mb version of this, I want to play english translations of super famicom games, do you know of any program that can split large .smc files? On a mac would be good. I cant find much info on it. I picked mine up randomly and vaguely knew what it was, got it for about $15. its cool but I havent done a whole lot with it yet.

@ScrewAttackEurope You probably disconnected your floppy cable. It's just a standard 3.5" cable.
I have a bunch of pictures detailing the inside of my SWC DX on my website. Just add a .com to my name. :) Also, PM me if you have any questions and I'd be happy to help.

@filecore How would you split it and how would that work then, at each stage in the game change disc, as bit like some ps1 games (FF7?)
I download a SNES game and when extracting it from its .RAR file its like 4mb, too big for a floppy disc, what can I do?

@racooney888 Split the ROM over multiple floppy disks. However, a 4Megabyte ROM would be too big for the 24Megabit Wildcard I use here. (Max ROM size approx 3Megabytes). A 32Megabit version would be very close. I'd probably opt for a SNES flash cart instead...

Can you record a ROM into a cartridge (or to a floppy then to a cart)? If yes, do you need any special hardware to erase the original cartridge? Thanks.

@BlitzkriegBR No, you can't do this with this device.
