Do the piccolo strings make a difference with how you play the bass at all? They seem to help with the hammer-on stuff that you do on bass but do they change how you compose music on the bass too?

@Dlaybassmaster Prior to getting piccolo strings my compositions used to be more technique orientated and less melodic, so in that sense they made all the difference. :)
