Love the kitchen Witch and Jose would love this. Now get this, I love noodles and I love cheese, just don't like them together. Not a big fan of melted cheese. But will eat cheese all day not melted. Pizza is the only thing that I'll eat melted cheese on. I know I'm weird. But I will so make this for Jose, He will LOVE it. I am sure I can make a smaller batch for him. Thank you so much for this. I need more easy recipes. In my favs it goes. Hugs and Love to you. ♥

Nothing wrong with the plain ole white pasta, its still good! lol This looks really good. It always amazes me how you can add tons of spinach or any greens for that and they shrink so much. I think I would have to add much more to mine. Next time I make mac and cheese I will add some greens to it! Yummy!!

@beccawitch The original recipe called for four cups of spinach. Which is not enough! I could have used more than I put in. But put in all I had :)
