Let's take a trip back in our time machines to September 28, 2006. A certain Albo-Rust abuser fee bill came on the floor, and was shot down, but not without some debate.

It's too bad, though, that most of the delegates in the room pretended that they were completely blindsided by the concept.

I think this law breaks the equal protection clause of the constitution. This law is only applied to Virginians making it unconstitutional.
