Climatic variations in Europe from 1997 to 2003 showing the begining of desertification in Spain and Eastern Europe from weather and climate change and from reduction of photosysthesis in vegetation resulting in higher levels of carbon dioxide.

Not entirely sure what I'm looking at here. Its cyclic, winter comes, the alps die back followed by eastern europe, spring comes and everything flourishes, summer and everything relaxes a bit, autumn and things begin to fade. It stands to reason that in winter, when eastern europe is covered in snow for months, most plants are inactive, photosynthesis is suspended, CO2 transfer relies more on atmospheric processes rather than biological ones.

@cusanusnicolas Greater concentration of CO2 will enhance plant growth but only if there's enough water. Drought caused by increasing temperatures and that is caused by increased CO2.
