This is pattaya walking street - maybe one of the most well known red light districts in the world. This shows tours start at 22 and goest on till after midnight. A child of this age should be in bed or she will end in one of the bars....
The same guy came with a trained monkey a few years ago.

I love all this American "outrage" expressed here.
I'll bet half of the righteous complaints here come from "stage mothers" who just painted their nine-year-olds with a bucket of makeup, dressed them in provocative adult clothing, and paraded them on stage at some Texas "little miss" contest.
"Moral bankruptcy" also includes hypocrisy.

i seen this girl in walking street one night and i couldnt believe my eyes she was amazing and its thailand so everyone stays up late and sleeps all day thats just the way it is .
