I love that she made this video but I really hated the last question. I've always written off the idea of people being in situations SO BAD/impossible (according to them) that all they can do is pray. That shows mentally weakness imo. There is always a more realistic approach to dealing with your problems and even if you literally can't do anything about it prayer will never change reality.

Praying when you're in a difficult situation is nothing more than escapism. It doesn't solve the problem.

religion is the biggest hypocrite that has ever existed.

any god who will wipe out the cities of Sodom and Gommorah, had the Israelites lock the worshipers of Baal in a temple and then murder everyone inside, order the destruction of most of the tribe of Benjamin because they hadn't kept a promise, slew 70,000 of King David's people, killed everybody in the city of Jericho (except a prostitute)

it doesn't have enough mass to go supernova.It will go red giant and then collapse on itself and become a white dwarf.

I really don't think we will have to worry about it as its not for another 7 billion years

no species on earth has ever survived that long

1. The Big Bang didn't make 'something' out of 'nothing'. It was the entirety of the matter of the Universe in a point of Singularity (try to imagine an infinitely small region)

2. Yes they 'get away' with it if they die before we stop them. Easy. Not saying that is a good thing doesn't mean it will get served. Her answer is MUCH better than mine.

3. If you follow God just to avoid Hell , an omniscient being would know your motives. Pascal's Wager? Bull.

4. Prayer,great way to avoid action.
