class and money. Interesting. I think it affects more than just the trans community. It is more of a state of mind, or outlook on life. It seems to me, there are two general ways to look at this. First, a view where you need to work for someone else and look for help from goverment or charity. The second, is to market yourself, provide a product or service. Become self reliant. I think this a very touchy subject, maybe becouse it is political?

Excellent Point of view , I totally agree with everything you say. The financial Issue holds back a Lot of Transpeople from Transition and Surgeries. Hopefully the Medical Field and Insurance companies will become more supportiv and help us to get what we need .

At the beginning of the week I thought this topic was kind of...I don't know, obvious? As in the answer seemed obvious, especially given the diversity amongst the current TSG crew. But actually it's brought out a lot of interesting perspectives, including this video.
