i am not an antopologist or a psychologist or an intellectual of any kind but i am not sure that life today is easier than it was 10,000 years ago or 200 years ago, the difficulties facing the modern person are different, material problems are there too but less than in the past but for some reason i think people today are more fucked up than before, i think the modern person faces more disappointments than a person who lived 500 years ago.
