i'm sorry but i got an easier way, jsut have to of those ntsc bars after each other in the same video track. make the one black/white then do transision you want ( you can chose that round thing) and play. done..

Hey, I don't have the "Phosphorescent" effect on sony vegas? do I have a messed up version or am I still in trial mode? I seem to have every other effect/tool that you have mentioned. Thanks.

I'm using 7 in this video. And as far as I know you can't download the TV effect, although EVERY version should have it...

how does that circle pop up everytime you click. i love it. does that work on pc. and what program do you use to capture the video screen....you're really good at this. get back with me:)

Why do i don't see the 2 last effects on the TV simulator? I only see: TV Look,Bad sync,Reset to none. :x

I'm not sure..but it isn't a big deal as you can create your own settings and save the preset.
