Summer 23, Year 1 - Fishing Festival as Chelsea w/ Commentary [part 2/2]

Starting this part, I fished and talked at the same time. I talk about how the fishing festival is in summer instead of winter like in IoH. I also point out that some of the festivals change dates from game to game. And thought what to call SI compare to IoH. A sequel? An improvement?

And then I explain about how to win the Fishing Festival. Though, the info is below. After, the festival starts with me entering a small fish for 4th place and a wonderful piece.

After the festival, I buy the Cabinet, got a Sun Stone from Issac, "anger issues much?", see Witchin's new dialogue, got the 2 heart sun stone from Nathan (and Alisa), mess up with Wada's gift, check out the Cabinet I bought, and end the video.


~~Fishing Festival~~

On this day you'll be judge on the largest fish you can enter. The Fishing Pole can be bought at Gannon's shop for 5000 G if you did not have one already.

If the fish you enter has less than 7.5 green dots in Freshness, then you won't win. Denny does not want to judge rotten fish! You need to catch your festival entry close to the 23rd, or you can even catch fish during the festival. Since time stops when you go to Meadow Island when a festival is taking place, you can fish off the edge of the island for your entry. If you have at least 10,000 Fishing Degree points, you can catch a large fish during Summer at the Fishing Festival.

The other factor involved is the size of the fish. You need to enter a medium or large fish just to place in the festival, and only the large fish will get you close to victory.

If you win you will earn a Wonderful Stone, +1000 Fishing Degree points, and +700 fp to the villagers who are there.

do u know how to equip wonderfuls cause i unlocked rice island so i need to have a yellow wonder which i do have to upgrade my hoe but i dont know how to do it

@starla073 I suggest watching Spring 3 - Shops and Wonderfuls.

You need to buy upgraded tools with more wonderful stone slots because you can even put wonderful stones in your tools. Buy tools from Gannon.

have you heard about the twin villages omg its sooo awesome its kinda like island of happiness but more EPIC and if you coose the european farmer you get just animals i think and if u pick a japenese farmer you can only get plants i think

It's vry odd how I cud only catch M sized fish by wada's island o~o.. Buh can nvr find the big fish!! （−＿−；）The biggest size I ever caught was jus 77 ( x.x)...

the twin villages game will be out in japan february.

I think it wont be out in us until late 2011.
