how to put vista on psp:
1.download this link http://www.savefile.com/files/391290
2.extract the zipped file
3.open up the extracted file then drag it to your psp
4.open up your psp internet browser and type in file:/pspwxp/index.htm
p.s. no internet required 4 this except the internet on vista!
