Creating American Jobs and Ending Offshoring Act

What does this bill do? What does the Creating American Jobs and Ending Offshoring Act do? Basically, three things. It is not tremendously complicated for those who are running businesses but critically important to our jobs, our families, and our future.

No. 1, it would create a payroll tax holiday for companies that return jobs to the United States from overseas.

No. 2, this bill would end subsidies for plant closing costs.

No. 3, we would end tax breaks for runaway plants--plants that go overseas and have no penalty applied to moving jobs overseas, instead of keeping jobs in America.

Please tell me, IF YOU CAN, which countries are outsourcing to America?

If we limit America's outsourcing won't that encourage countries outsourcing to the U.S. to do the same? As I small business owner I couldn't survive if I had to employ only Americans and my production would decrease thus further limiting the jobs I can create.

p.s. It's hard to take anyone serious when they only have one eyebrow.
