"Al'Ilah" = Pagan arab moon god, his symbol is the crescent moon, which was put on the Kaba in Mecca 400 years before Mohammed came along. This moon god was said to be married to the sun goddess and therefor became the "highest of the gods".
Islam is a pagan belief system.

Now that's a freaking research unlike some people accusing Islam randomly !!!, thumb up guys :P:P

That's the thing people tend to mix culture and religion very often in the Islamic faith. Yes some arab countries are highly oppressive when it comes to women, HOWEVER that is the culture of the area and a drastically exaggerated interpretation of the text!

I have a question. You guys said that muslim women choose to wear their hijabi or cover their heads by will. But, I see alot of middle eastern countries, for example in Yemen, there was this young girl a few years ago in the news, she decided to not cover her head and just displayed her bare face in the country. Therefore, this made alot of the people in her local area angry. They said that it is unislamic 4 a female 2 not cover her head w the hijabi. Now wut is ur religious opinion bout dat?

there was a muslim arab that said only 25 percent of arabs are muslim in the Tyra Banks show

Why, if you don't worship mo-ham-head, is it a crime of blasphemy to criticise him?
You try to make a distinction between one book of fairy tales and another regarding hijabs, yet fail to note the difference, the bible offers a chioce. Not much more choice than islam, but a choice nonetheless. When was the last time you heard of a christian woman killed for not wearing a head covering?

@MrWildman19 I'll tell you why she wears it, she wears it because she thinks that Eid loves her and she's been dooped (like so many women) into believing this false religion because she fell in love with a muslim that claimed to love her and claimed he'd love her forever. This happened to Betty Mamooudy (Not Without My Daughter) and she paid for it when she went on what was supposed to be a vacation to Iran and was held captive there by her husband. this is what might happen to this woman soon.

Also Christen, you may embrace wearing a hijab because you see it as devotion to the Lord, but you did not grow up in a Muslim family/community/country, where it is not a choice, it is a demand.
@MisKPitbullDestroyer Islam's opinion about this is: "Laa Iqraaha Fid'Deen. There is no compulsion in matters of religion." Which quite obviously implies that no one if to be forced to do anything in matters of religion. Islam is a way of life, and it should be one's own choice to follow it or not. God is the only Judge; no one else is to tell you what to do. You must understand that the Middle East is not Islam, and Islam is not the Middle East. I pray this clarifies the issue for you. Peace.

Now I want everyone on here to look at something, For those who think that the Christian God and allah are the same entity. There is a major difference between them. Jahovah (The Christian God) does he ever change, No. What he was in the beginning He will always be, allah will bless you one minute and curse the to hell the next minute, allah does change. Jahovah sent his son Jesus to die for us on the Cross, allah want's you to die for him because that's the only sure way into paradise. Huh!
