Does anybody notice that ALL the puppets here is voiced by Frank Oz?
-
By whistling, grover and cookie attracted local forest-life. Including a bear.
-
@disneyphilip I know, so if Frank pre-recorded all those voices that means Jim Henson puppeteered the little boy, right?
-
@muppetlover16 Frank must've pre-recorded all the voices here.
With the Muppets, songs and musical numbers are often pre-recorded (they'll record the voices before filming).
-
It used to trouble me that Grover never actually whistles during this number. And then I realized that his lips are rigid, non-malleable, so in reality he cannot whistle. His character supposedly can whistle but in real life he cannot because of his lips. That's why we don't see him whistle. The real tragedy is that RLS--Rigid Lip Syndrome, also known as Grover's Lip--afflicts hundreds of Americans.

this was quiet good but i think there are better songs and stuff [kind of funny] :):):):) :D :D :D :P :P :P

Grover sings Rodgers & Hammerstein!

@Dekobee Maybe they recorded it separately... could happen, they had records and Grover & Cookie Monster (& Herry & Frazzle) were in Fuzzy & Blue.
Are you serious? It was Ernie...?
Thanx!
