It has both.. And the Virtual Keyboard needs to be activated from the control panel.. I know what I am talking about.. xD

No, this phone has the physical keyboard, that is much better then any other virtualkeyboard.
VirtualKeyboard is just annoying, covering the content of the screen. Not needed. But is anyway an option and you can activate it from settings menu

He has to enable the on-screen keyboard from the "control panel".. Lol he should know that..
