The surge was to allow for political recansion(however you spell it)! And allowed for all combat troops to leave iraq but the surge has done none of this!!!

look up the facts. we are winning. attacks have gone down and casualties are nearly half of what they were pre-surge. the cities are being rebuilt, and even al anbar, which used to be the shining example of why we should pull out, has now been secured to the point that control has been given to the iraqi government and the police and iraqi army provide their own security. it is morally irresponsible to abandon iraq after we fucked it up. it will end when baghdad is like ramadi

that video is really funny because it talks about how the surge isnt going to work. When in every recent poll they have said it worked. The viloints and killings have gone down. Even democrats are admitting that it worked.

oh, you mean just like how Saddam's violence was "not reported", I'm guessing you think that the news has a conservative bias and that it's all a big cover up that the republicans are backing, but I'm going to assume that if there was violence, it would have been reported (by the military because thats the violence that the American people are concerned with), because lets face it, thats what makes the good news. I don't know you personally, but I'm guessing your glass is half empty.
