What the Australian govmnt doesn't understand is that Scientology is inherently criminal: the things it does are part of the organization's worldwide policies.

This is completely different from say some Catholic priests abusing children, because nowhere in Catholic policy does it say that priests should abuse children. in Scientology policy on the other hand there are numerous abuses built in.

This is why Scientology should not get tax breaks: as an organization it is inherently abusive.

Scientology is nothing more than a record of the worlds most successful con job. Swindlers, thieves and in some case maybe even murderers. Why are these people still operating in Australia?

Ah Kevin, Beloved Leader who is full of talk and ideas but never gets to do much. Respect is going down for a Prime Minister who's so firmly on the fence that his feet are planted in both side's excrement. Though Scientology was built to circumvent the law, and tries its hardest to circumvent bad press (by controlling anyone who could speak out), the will of the people is stronger. Less people are being fooled because a lie cannot survive on transparency. We can't rely on Rudd.

I'm betting the Australian government won't be able to do shit, Scientology has been built from the ground up to circumvent law, government policy etc so it can operate illegally and never be touched without the sort of intervention that Nick Xenophon is calling for.

Get rid of Scientology's tax exempt Status. Are we not a democracy? Put it to the vote!

Do an Inquiry while you're at it. One was done in the 60's if one has a decent look at the findings and rec's of that Inquiry I'll guarantee that Scientology has violated every one of them.
