"Straight Talk" is now "Just Words, Just Speeches"!

Governor Sarah Palin is interviewed by Charles Gibson, and was watched by millions of viewers. Congratulations to her for having the highest viewership on one network news program.
Palin took a snipe at Obama for his voiding Senator Hillary Clinton as his vice presidential pick.

Senator Barack Obama has made a strong speech condemning Senator John McCain's latest ad campaign going after him for words the McCain campaign perceived as sexist. Obama told the crowd that "Enough is enough"! He warned that the games McCain and the media play not only make people turned off to politics, and it gets nothing accomplished. The Obama campaign release two hard hitting ads targeting McCain for being "out of touch" with the mainstream. The other ad clarifies Obama's meaning of "change".

Huffington Post and ABC News report that there's a media backlash against Senator John McCain. They criticize him for not holding to his (Straight Talk mantra), and distorting Senator Barack Obama's record as a senator. The View was probably one of the toughest interviews that McCain ever had. Joy Bahar was commenting on the "FactCheck" and "Education" ads in which the campaign claimed the Obama was jealous of Sarah Palin and Obama support for sexual education to kindergartners. Barbara Walters and Whoopi Goldberg also questioned the motives of the campaign ads. McCain defended the ads and rebuked that the Obama campaign distorted his record as a senator.

This proved to be the devastating blow to John McCain and Sarah Palin.
