Powerful scene from a movie you've probably never heard about..

This is director Samuel Fuller's 1982 story about a dog made to attack people with black skin, following the new owner trying to stop the animal, and the black trainer who does all he can to reverse his fate. This is the scene where the midway rehabilitated dog escapes and commits yet another brutal crime. The trainer sees now what needs to be done in this powerful scene.

It is available now on DVD from the Criterion Collection.

  • White Dog is a blunt, highly cinematic parable about race relations that questions whether racism is a curable mental illness or learned behavior, or if it is an untreatable disease.

  • White Dog Captain Cook Cunt

  • Omg, this is hilarious! The way the dog was "attacking" him. Wow, that was so poorly played out. lmao! I couldn't help but laugh. The dog was like, barely mouthing him and he was acting like it was killing him. xD Poor training for the actor dog there. And then when the dog has his lips raised, omg. xD Can anyone say rubber band? Aaahhh, too funny. I can't take shows like this seriously when the scene was poorly played out b/c the training the animal received makes it look so fake. xD

  • KILL THAT BLACK BSTARD

  • 4. ) Damn I hate typos, now I have to correct it in part 4 of my comment or I'm going to look like a total Jack Ass . In part 1 of my comment I didn't mean to put " would " after i said " he/she " I meant to just type "Did " after " he/she " Sorry about that .

  • 3. ) I saw this movie when I was like 5 . After the first time I saw this movie any white dog I saw scared the crap out of me however, NOW as an adult, I love all dogs no matter their color .

  • 2. ) The Black man couldn't control the color of his skin anymore than the dog could control what it was taught and programed to do by it's racist owner . I look at what the racist piece of shit did to his dog as animal cruelty just like I would look at a racist parent who teaches their children to be racist as a child abuser . That's so damn sad, not just this scene but the whole movie .

  • 1. ) I don't know who I feel more sorry for, The Black man that was killed by a dog strictly for the color of his skin or the DOG who doesn't know what he/she would did was wrong. To me, the dog was just as much a victim of racism as the Black man was .

  • The shot of him going in to the church must be part of a 'director's cut.' It's not there on 35mm.

  • Ku Klux Kanine?

  • If only he attacked martin lawrence in a fat suit
