  • WOW !!! This is the best EFT for insomnia video i've ever seen. I just did this and i don't know about anyone else, but i just started sobbing throughout the whole thing. This happens to me sometimes and i'm not sure why but maybe whatever hidden emotions/anxieties are keeping me awake are coming out?
