  • There is no blood because the limb is exsanguinated and a tourniquet is inflated to prevent blood entering the limb again this creates a bloodless surgical field and is done in almost every surgery involving a limb.

  • @xCherubiax he appears to be using a cutting tool that is using extreme heat to cauterize the blood vessels as he cuts minimizing any blood loss that would occur, what little bit is flowing is being quickly grabbed with the suction.
