One of the greatest moments in black theater arts was seeing the great Judith Jamison dance to this great song in Alvin Ailey"s Solo piece "CRY". Dont get no betta. Much love for posting this awesome version. Santana is truth

The original was recorded in 1971 by the Voices of East Harlem and is on an album of the same name. The original is fabulous and this does it justice.

What a fantastic gig. Most disappointing aspect of the show were the crowd. How can you possibly do anything but dance to this stuff!!?? Two people next to me spent most of the gig sitting down then left 30 mins before the end (in an attempt to beat the rush) and they weren't on their own. Unbelievable!

Great clip-- thanks for posting! BTW, I believe the song is called, "Right On, Be Free." It appeared as an encore/segue on the Supernatural Live DVD. I love it when Carlos and the band do these soul jams!
