@FindYourWay39 I think the most important part of songwriting (inspiration/creativity) cannot be taught, but they can teach you how to direct and control inspiration when it strikes so that you create something in a form that other people will appreciate. So listen to what they say but also remember that consciousness of what you're doing can also stifle creativity.
