  • It's a lot better than the SNES and GENNY ports, but still nowhere near the greatness of the arcade original. I guess AOF was too much for any non-NeoGeo console to handle. However, I was really impressed with the PC Engine ports of Fatal Fury 2/Special and World Heroes 2, they're extremely close to the arcade versions (save for the hit sounds).

  • lol at king's clothes being ripped when she lost.

  • Please see the intro of Art of fighting 2 to find out who that man is

  • @bi8811 For PC maybe but this game has had numerous us releases. Arcade, SNES and PS3.

    LOL!

    "Yeaaaaah! Tits!"

  • @PeromyscusLeucopus

The load times for Fatal Fury Special wasn't bad at all, in fact it was almost non-existent.

I guess they found a way around it.

I'm with you about the other SNK ports though, the load times were so SLOW!

but they were the best NEO ports back in the day, so I didn't mind coping with the load time.

  • @bigolebadassbob

The PC-Engine Arcade system card games were great but the load times were terribly slooooow! It would be better to just get the Art of Fighting Anthology on the PS2, same with the Fatal Fury Battle Archives 1 & 2, World Heroes and Samurai Showdown Anthology games. ;-)

  • This game is so similar to street fighter apart from the power ups, but looks good for that time period

  • @bi8811

    Yep

  • Ryo looks like Ken and his name almost sounds like Ryu, pretty much like a Street Fighter ripoff.

  • Roland sound system. I can't believe the awesomeness from the PC Engine Arcade.
