I played this game while making a map. The last photo is the actual one.

(I got this game yesterday, so I'm not so good at playing this game.)

The field is constructed by 100 rooms. The room you are is shown by A0 to J9.

To slay the dragon, You have to get the magic arrow at first.

And you have to avoid pits. There are 10 pits.

The arrow, dragon and pits are located at random.

Cool post! 31 years ago my mother order that from, I think, the Sears Catalog, for my birthday. There was a commercial for it with a boy in his room playing it. Then his room was ripped open by the dragon..I'm a little fog on that, exactly.. I could not wait to get it though. I was 10 carried it every where until it was stolen.

Beautiful little device... Cool game concept... who'd have come up with pocket D and D? I guess people Jonesing for the concept so bad they can't wait to meet up with their friends again to play in a group...
